Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any given time. All Account Balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless the Player has specifically elected a cryptocurrency balance option. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR-equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at time of deposit, unless held as crypto balance by player election.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available on bk8mya are subject to these General Terms and the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
The 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus is credited automatically upon each qualifying cryptocurrency deposit. This bonus is non-sticky in nature: the bonus amount will be deducted upon withdrawal, and only net winnings attributable to the bonus may be withdrawn. Important: bk8mya actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, and systematic exploitation of wagering contribution rates. Such activity will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the details of any bet before confirmation. bk8mya reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including those resulting from obvious system errors, mispriced odds, or technical faults.
Sports betting on bk8mya covers Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), international football, UFC, tennis, basketball, and other events. bk8mya reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, is engaged in Prohibited Activities, or where required to do so by applicable law or our licensing obligations.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and any outstanding compliance reviews.
Players may elect to self-exclude from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately.
